I don’t have much experience in making bread and pastries from flours other than white. I think that a different approach is needed.
So when I saw a picture on Facebook of a bread, posted by our friend and cousin Anelia Shishkova, I immediately asked her for therecipe. “You eat and lose weight”, Anelia said. I’m not sure about the second, as the bread disappeared before we knew if we had lost weight.
So, you should try it, too. Very tasty and mostly very quick as no special kneading is required. You will see!
Have a nice and delicious day!
Here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Measure the necessary amount of spelt flour.
In a bowl measure the amount of cool water and add the dry yeast.
Add the sugar.
Add the oil.
Add the salt.
Add the flour, stirring gradually.
You need to get a cake-like mix.
Let the dough sit for about 30 minutes to rise.
Put baking paper in a small baking pan about 15-18 cm in diameter.
Pour the bread mixture into the pan. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes until ready.
Bon apetit!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
