НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:

For the dough:
 2 eggs
 50 ml vegetable oil
 600 g flour (approximately)
 350 ml water
 1 dry yeast (7 g)
 1 tsp. salt
 1 tsp. sugar
 100 g crushed white cheese
For the cover liquid mixture:
 1 cup milk
 50 g melted butter
 100 g crushed white cheese

Prep Time1 hr 30 minsCook Time40 minsTotal Time2 hrs 10 mins

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:

1

To prepare the dough, first dissolve the yeast together with the sugar in the water. The water should be neither cold nor hot, because in both cases it will prevent the activation of the yeast.
Then add all the other ingredients for the dough and mix well with a whisk. Then gradually add the flour, sifting it.

2

Once a ball is formed, transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until a smooth and soft dough is obtained. Place in a bowl, cover with a lid or a towel and leave the dough to rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in volume.

3

Pour the risen dough on a floured surface and divide it into equal pieces. Make balls with the size of a tangerine.

4

Arrange the balls in a greased pan with approximate size of about 30/40 cm. I made exactly 35 balls.

Cover the buns with a soft cloth and leave for another 20-30 minutes until they almost fill the baking pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until the buns are ready.
If you notice that their surface turns brown very quickly, reduce the oven temperature and cover them with aluminum foil or baking paper.

      Probably yes.
I haven’t tried it that way.
But you could probably put the dough balls in the baking pan and leave them in the fridge for the night. In the morning take them out and when they reach room temperature, pour the milk-cheese liquid and put them in the preheated oven.
      Hope it will work.
      🙂
