This year I rediscovered red lentils – cooking takes even less time than cutting vegetables. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should definitely do it!
I soon learned about red lentils bread and I will definitely make it these days! So, expect a recipe 🙂
And here is the recipe for the soup, although the “recipe” in this case is a big word. It is so easy 🙂

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Wash the lentils and add it to the pot.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add them to the pot with the lentils.
Add about 2 liters of water and put it on a moderate heat.
Once it boils, add the salt and spices.
Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them, too.
Boil the lentils for about 15-20 minutes until ready.
To thicken the lentils, place the flour in a small bowl. Add a little of the water, stirring constantly so that it does not make lumps.
Add in a thin stream to the dish. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat.
Serve while still warm. Enjoy! 🙂
