Whether as a main course for potato lovers or as a side dish for roasted meat or sausages, these ROASTED POTATOES are extremely quick and delicious. Experiment with different types of cheese and additives and you will get a different result every time!
Try it, too! Enjoy! 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes about 1-2 cm in size. Spread them evenly on the bottom of a baking pan about 20/30 cm in size. Pour the oil and water. Sprinkle with the spices and mix well.
Put the pan in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees.
In the meantime, you can prepare the topping. In a bowl, break the eggs and mix with the cream. Stir with a whisk.
Add the milk and stir again.
I had half a packet of cream cheese left in the fridge and added it too.
Crush the white cheese, grate the yellow cheese and add them to the mixture.
Allow the potatoes to bake until ready. Then remove from the oven and pour over the topping mixture.
Sprinkle with blue cheese on top.
Bring the dish back to the oven and wait for another 10 minutes to bake until golden.
Serve hot or cold. It is delicious both ways! It can be a main course or a side dish to meat. Enjoy! 🙂
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
