Today we will prepare a dish from the real winter kitchen, namely – a dish with sauerkraut – ROYAL DOLMA. I love classic dolmas with minced meat and rice, but the royal dolma is not accidentally called that way. So few products, so much taste!
Let’s prepare them before the end of winter and the sauerkraut is over! 😉 Enjoy!
Here is the recipe:

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
First, cut the meat into steaks about 3 cm thick.
Season with spices.
Stir to season the meat well.
Cut the thicker part of the base of the cabbage leaf, but carefully so as not to make a hole in the leaf.
Spread it well on a plate or a cutting board.
Place a piece of meat at its base.
Screw the two side ends onto the meat as shown in the photo.
Start winding the dolma.
Wrap a nice and tight dolma.
Arrange the dolmas in the pot.
Drizzle with the sauerkraut juice diluted with a little water so that it is not so salty. Close with the lid.
Place the ceramic pot in a cold oven and set the temperature to 220 degrees with a fan. Once the oven reaches this temperature, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 1 hour.
