My husband Theo again performed well in the kitchen. When it comes to grilling, the enthusiasm is always great 🙂 But the more interesting thing is that he experimented with more exotic oriental spices. And the result is definitely more than great. Have a look!

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Place the minced meat in a bowl. Grate the onion on a large grater and add it to the minced meat. Add the spices.
Knead the minced meat well. Cover, put in the fridge and leave for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Prepare wooden skewers. Shape the minced meat around the skewers by pressing well. They should look like thick kebabs. Try to look approximately equal.
Heat the grill and place the shish kebabs.
Bake until ready on all sides.
Serve with your favorite garnish.
