The best small loaves of bread you have ever tried. One just can’t stop eating. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper or in between… any time and anywhere.

INGREDIENTS:

 1 cups yoghurt
 1 tsp. baking soda
 3 eggs
 ½ cup vegetable oil
 200 g white cheese
 100 g any type of yellow cheese
 1 sachet baking powder
 2 ½ cups flour

DIRECTIONS:

Put the soda in the yoghurt, letting it burst for about 15 seconds, then pour the mixture into a large bowl.

Pour the eggs and stir.

Add the oil and stir again.

Crumble the cheese and cut the yellow cheese into small cubes.
You can use any type of cheese that suits your taste.

Add the baking powder into the flour and start adding the dry mixture to the liquid mixture in the bowl by sifting with a strainer.

You can sift the flour and the baking powder in advance and then start adding successively 1-2 spoonfuls to the mixture and stirring gently.

A dense, processable mixture has to be obtained. If you want you can add 1/2 cup more flour, which will make the mixture more dense. The small loaves will be still great, but a little bit tighter. It all depends on your taste.

With oily hands, we make balls and arrange them in a tray sprayed with oil.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until the cakes become crispy and golden . Serve while still warm with butter, any kind of cheese, sausage, colored salt or whatever you like. The next day they are just as good. For the day after I can not say because they have never survived that long 🙂
