Today we continue the series with light, healthy and low-carb dishes. Here is a mixture I made with products I had in the fridge. You should definitely make it yourself. Of course you can replace or skip each of the ingredients in it.

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a pan with a few tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil, place the finely chopped onions and leeks. If you don't have leeks, just don't add it or increase the amount of onions.
Once the onion is soft, add the finely chopped garlic.
Stew until soft, but do not overcook.
Pour onions and garlic into a bowl.
In the same pan add the washed and cleaned spinach. If the spinach is young, you can skip the removing of the stalks.
Stew the spinach until it shrinks and all the water evaporates.
Place the spinach on a board and chop finely. Then add it to the bowl with the onions.
Add the spices.
Stir.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the cream and milk.
Add the crushed cheese.
Add the grated yellow cheese. Stir.
Mix the egg and spinach mixture and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a pre-greased pan with a diameter of about 30 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the dish gets a golden tan.
Serve as a main or a side dish. Optionally, you can add a favorite sauce to it, such as milk-garlic sauce.
