The indicated ingredients are for 1 serving. In the photos you will see below, 3 portions of scrambled eggs are prepared.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk (or cream) with a fork or a whisk.
Finely chop the green onions.
Heat the fat over medium heat and add the chopped green onions.
Stew the green onions until soft, but be careful not to burn them.
Add the beaten eggs. Leave the eggs for about 1-2 minutes, without stirring, so that they start to catch a light crust underneath.
Stir gently, picking up from the bottom and turning. Eggs should not be mixed too much if you want them to remain fluffy.
Now is the time to add the shredded cheese. Do not stir much. Wait for the eggs to harden a little more, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir gently once more.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
