Hello,
today I will present you an interesting (at least for me) recipe. STEAKS WITH CHEESE AND BOILED EGGS CRUST. It is very easy and fast, but most importantly – tasty and low-carb (keto, as it is widely known in modern times).
You can use any meat – pork, beef, chicken, and even turkey. And for the crust, the variety of cheeses is also almost endless. Try this way for the preparation of your steaks and you will enrich your cooking book with one more recipe, as I did. 😉

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
First prepare the meat.
Cut it into steaks about 2 cm thick.
Make diagonal cuts with a depth of about 0.5-1.0 cm on both sides of the steak.
Season with salt and pepper.
Season both sides of the steaks.
Cut the onion in thin slices and place it on the bottom of the baking pan in which you will bake the dish.
Arrange the steaks on top.
If you want, you can sprinkle 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil or sunflower oil.
Grate the cheese for the crust. As I mentioned in the necessary ingredients, I used 150 g of Bulgarian yellow cheese and 150 g of pizza mozzarella, which is sold as salami per kilogram on sticks with about 6-7 cm diameter. But you can choose any other type of soft cheese that can be grated.
Grate the boiled eggs as well.
Add a little salt. The quantity depends on the cheeses you use. If they are salty, you can even skip the salt.
Add the yoghurt or mayonnaise.
Stir well.
Pour the mixture over the steaks.
Spread evenly on them in a layer of about 1 cm.
Keep in mind that this mixture is for 6-7 steaks and if you are cooking more or less steaks, you should increase or decrease the crust mixture proportionally. For example, if you are cooking 3 or 4 pieces, cut the crust products in half.
Bake the steaks in a preheated oven at 180 degrees without a fan for 60-70 minutes. Cook until the steaks are ready and get a golden tan on the crust.
If the meat releases a lot of water, you can take it out it with a spoon.
