Wash the mushrooms well and arrange them in a greased baking pan with the hole up. I do not throw away the buns, because when the mushrooms are baked, they are also very tasty.
With some part of the oil fry the leeks and peppers until tender.
In a bowl mix the curds and the cream cheese.
Add the softened and slightly cooled vegetables.
Stir well.
Fill the mushrooms' hole with the mixture. If you want, sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of the oil. Bake in a preheated oven at about 190 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden.
They are delicious both warm and cold! Enjoy! 🙂
