I guess if you’ve been to IKEA, you’ve happened to taste their famous meatballs – small fried round meatballs drizzled with a delicious cream sauce.
I saw the recipe on a foreign culinary site (www.recipetineats.com) and immediately hurried to prepare them. Wow, obviously foreigners like them, too! 🙂 Well, mine have a little more sauce, because we love it at home, but you make them in the original way, as in the recipe.
Here it is:
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Place the minced meat in a bowl. Grate the onion on a coarse grater.
Add the spices.
Remove the crusts from the bread. Cut the slices into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Add the egg.
Mix well. If you have time, let the minced meat stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to combine all the flavors.
From the minced meat, form meatballs like a ball with the size of a walnut.
Fry the meatballs in oil, turning them on all sides.
Remove the meatballs and set them aside on a plate.
Put the butter in a pan on the stove over medium heat.
Once the butter melts, add the flour.
Stir and fry the flour for about 1-2 minutes.
Start adding the broth gradually, stirring vigorously with a whisk at the same time.
Be careful not to get lumps. Since we love sauces at home, I added more broth. But in the original recipe, the sauce is much thicker. So do as you want.
Allow the sauce to thicken on the stove for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the meatballs and stir.
Add the cream.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Serve the meatballs by pouring over the quantity of sauce you want!
Enjoy! 🙂
Щом аз мога, значи и вие можете!
Добър апетит!
