I love fast and delicious recipes. Well, not that it doesn’t happen to me to spend hours in the kitchen. And it gives me immense pleasure. But it’s another thing to mix several products and get a super taste. And when you turn everything into a game and include your beloved baby hands in the shaping, then everything becomes even more delicious!
Here are our SWEET LITTLE ROCKS, known in Bulgaria as SKALICHKI!

If you want to add raisins to your little rocks, you need to start with them. Soak them in nice alcohol (Baileys, rum, etc.) or just in hot water for about 15 minutes.
Break the cookies into large pieces and place them in the blender. Grind the cookies into fine crumbs.
Then add the walnuts in the blender and grind them, too.
Pour the crumbs into a bowl.
Add the icing sugar by sifting it.
Add the cocoa powder and sift it, too.
Mix everything well.
Add the drained and already swollen raisins.
Pour in the melted butter.
Mix everything very well.
Before you start shaping the little rocks, grab a handful of the mixture and squeeze between your fingers. If the mixture retains its shape, then you can continue. If it still falls apart, as it happened to me, you can add 1-2 tbsp. of milk. If you have soaked the raisins in alcohol and your little rocks will not be eaten by children, you can add a little bit of the alcohol. The important thing is to finally get a mixture that forms well.
Shape the little rocks in the form of little rocks as large as you like. Arrange it in a large plate or a tray covered with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. If you do this in the microwave, be careful not to burn the chocolate. So open and stir the chocolate often every 5-10 seconds.
Once the chocolate is melted, add the milk and the oil, which will dilute a little the chocolate and will give it a nice shine.
Using a spoon or a small spatula, apply the chocolate on top of the cups. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle with the selected garnish - shredded coconut or colorful sugar balls.
Place in the refrigerator (or in a cool place) for at least 2-3 hours to tighten and get all flavors mixed. Enjoy! 🙂
