Thanksgiving is known for its abundance of food – turkey, mashed potatoes, variety of vegetables prepared in different ways, desserts. And the Thanksgiving leftovers can be used to prepare more tasty meals. The turkey potpie is a delicious main dish of leftover turkey and mashed potatoes.

Cut, rinse and dry the leek.
Cut the mushrooms.
Cut the meat in peaces.
Mix the species - salt, black pepper, garlic powder and thyme, with the flour.
Fry the bacon and put it on a side.
Fry the leek and mushrooms in the bacon oil.
Add the meat and fry.
Add the flour mixture and fry for 1-2 min.
Add the water and leave it simmer for 20 min.
Transfer the mixture into a baking sheet. Add the bacon.
Put a layer of mashed potatoes on top.
Bake on medium high for 20 min.
Serve warm.
