Today with the greatest pleasure I will present you these very fast and super tasty cookies. The recipe is from a Turkish culinary internet site. And after I prepared them, the aroma of cookies and orange wafted not only throughout the house, but only three blocks away 🙂
* The recipe is borrowed from the youtube culinary channel Gözde Yemek Tarifleri.
Here they are:
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a bowl, put the eggs, powdered sugar and salt.
Whisk well.
Add the oil, the orange zest and the honey. Stir.
In a separate bowl, measure and sift the flour. Add the baking powder.
Gradually add the baking powder to the mixture.
The flour is gradually absorbed by the dough. First, stir with a spoon until something like a ball forms. Then knead by hand until all the flour is absorbed and a nice non-stick dough is obtained.
Make a ball with the size of a walnut.
Then lightly flatten the ball to get a small disc with a diameter of about 4-5 cm.
Arrange the cookies in a tray covered with baking paper.
Beat the yolk with 1 tbsp. of milk. Optionally, you can add a little instant coffee (this is done for a brighter color when roasting). I didn't do it because I have a small child. In my opinion, coffee is not necessary at all, because even without it the cookies get a wonderful golden tan when roasted.
Pressing lightly on the surface of the cookie with a fork, make wavy lines.
Try to be evenly deep and parallel.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees without a fan for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
You can get about 40 cookies.
Enjoy! 🙂
Щом аз мога, значи и вие можете!
Добър апетит!
