I can’t help but show you how this beauty came from a piece of dough!
And I have no words for the taste! Just try it! 🙂
НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put 200 ml of the milk in a bowl, keeping in mind that it should not be cold, but lukewarm. Add the yeast, 150 g of the flour and the sugar. Stir well.
Leave the bowl in a warm place for about 15 minutes for the yeast to activate.
In a large bowl, pour the rest of the milk and add the eggs. Stir well.
Add the risen yeast, oil and salt to the mixture. Stir again until homogeneous.
Start adding the sifted flour in portions and stir.
Once the dough begins to gather into a ball, transfer it to a floured surface.
Knead until you get a nice smooth ball of dough. In my case, the dough absorbed exactly 950 g of flour (together with the amount of flour for rising the yeast).
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a lid or a towel and leave to rise for about 1 hour (maybe less) until the volume doubles.
Here is the risen dough.
Put the dough on the work surface and knead briefly.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Knead each part and make a ball. Let the balls rest for about 5 minutes.
Take the first ball and start rolling with a rolling pin.
You should get a circle about 1 cm thick and about 40 cm in diameter.
Prepare the large oven tray and lightly grease it with oil.
Transfer the rolled crust to the pan.
Brush the crust with the soft butter.
Sprinkle with crushed cheese. Be generous :).
Roll out the second crust with the same size and transfer it to the first.
Press very lightly so that the upper crust does not move.
Take a cup (or ring) with a diameter of about 6-7 cm and lightly press it in the center. It will serve as a guide.
Using a pizza knife or another sharp knife, make 4 cuts at equal distances, starting from the edge of the cup in the middle.
Cut each piece into two equal triangles, and after that into two more. You need to get 16 almost identical triangles.
Now it's time to arrange the flower.
Take one triangle and place it over the next one, leaving a blank space in its place.
Take the next one and do the same.
Thus you will shape a sun with 8 "rays".
Now take one "ray" and lift it. Twist carefully 7-8 times while pulling it slightly. Twist in the form of a "snail" and place in the center. Push the edge slightly underneath.
Take the next "ray" and twist it in the same way, pulling it slightly.
Twist like a snail and push the edge underneath.
In the same way, twist the remaining 6 "rays", arranging them like flower petals.
Cover the flower bread with a towel and leave it to rise for another 40 minutes.
Beat the egg, milk and oil and brush the bread.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 35 minutes.
If you notice that the surface of the bread starts to darken very quickly, cover it with aluminum foil or baking paper.
Enjoy! 🙂
Щом аз мога, значи и вие можете!
Добър апетит!
