Guvech is a traditional Bulgarian dish with various seasonal vegetables, meat by taste and traditional spices.

Clean the vegetables.
Cut the vegetables into pieces with similar size.
Add salt, pepper and other spices by taste. Hot paprika adds spiciness and great taste.
Add oil by taste.
Add water till the level of the vegetables.
Mix the vegetables. Bake on 250 C for 40 min.
Serve with chopped fresh parsley, sour cream or Bulgarian white cheese. Warm or cold - it's great!
