Vegetarian guvech

The easiest, most delicious and most Bulgarian main dish. Alone at home, I used the moment to spoil myself.

Guvech is a traditional Bulgarian dish with various seasonal vegetables, meat by taste and traditional spices.

 2 red peppers
 2 medium sized tomatoes

Clean the vegetables.

Add salt, pepper and other spices by taste. Hot paprika adds spiciness and great taste.

Add water till the level of the vegetables.

Mix the vegetables. Bake on 250 C for 40 min.

Serve with chopped fresh parsley, sour cream or Bulgarian white cheese. Warm or cold - it's great!
