You can’t imagine what an easy recipe, but at the same time what a taste! Cookies and waffles! Cookie dough baked in a waffle plate! Very delicate and memorable!
I got the recipe from my mom, who always manages to prepare, as in the old Bulgarian fairy tale – pebble soup – a soup from nothing! And whatever she does, it’s all interesting and it comes out delicious!
Rejoice your loved ones with these interesting cookies, put them in your child’s school box and you will see that everyone will ask for more!
Have a nice and delicious day! 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Put the sugar and the eggs in a bowl and mix with a whisj.
Add the yoghurt.
Add the sunflower oil and mix again.
Start pouring the flour in portions, stirring until the flour is gradually absorbed. Together with the first portion of flour, add the ammonia soda.
Here is the dough you need to get. It doesn't have to be very hard, but your should be able to process it. My mixture took almost 4 full cups of flour. However, I advise you not to pour all the flour in the bowl, because every time the products (and the flour, including) are different and not always the whole quantity of flour is needed.
With a spoon or with wet/oily hands, take an amount of dough as large a walnut and place it on the waffle plate. My plate has 2 larger nests, but there are plates with 5 nests. Therefore, estimate the amount of dough that will fit on your appliance. The important thing is not to put too much dough that will come out of the edges when the lid is closed. After the first try, you will know exactly how big ball of dough to put.
Close the lid and bake for about 4-5 minutes (depending on the appliance and its temperature). Check regularly if they are ready. You should get a nice brownish-golden tan.
Your cookie waffles are ready! Take them out and serve! Serve with icing sugar, jam or chocolate. Or eat them just like this! They are wonderful both warm and even after 2-3 days!
Enjoy!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
