Bread! With a capital B! This time it’s an experiment with flour I made different from white wheat – wholegrain rye and typical wheat flour. The result was a wonderful bread as it was from a bakery. Tasty and irresistible aroma!
Here is the recipe:

In a bowl, pour the lukewarm water with the sugar and yeast.
Stir until dissolved.
Leave the mixture for about 15 minutes until it foams.
Add the salt and oil to the mixture.
Stir.
Start adding the flour little by little.
First add all the wholegrain rye flour. Then add a little of the wheat flour (you can replace it with another flour of your choice). Experiment!
Add flour until the dough is gathered into a ball.
Even if it's sticky, it's not a problem.
Cover the dough with cling film or a soft cloth and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour or until the volume doubles.
Pour the dough on a floured work surface.
Knead the dough until you get a soft and smooth dough.
If necessary, add more flour, but do not too much so that the dough does not become hard.
Using your fingers, lightly spread the dough into a square about 2-3 cm thick.
Start making a roll.
Shape the roll well so that it has the same diameter along its entire length. Thus the bread will bake evenly.
Prepare the pan where you will bake the bread. The bread does not need to touch the walls, so you can choose a larger baking tray.
Smash the baking paper and place it on the bottom of the pan. Thus it helps the paper to take the shape of the tray better. Sprinkle with a little flour.
Put the bread in the pan.
If you want, you can sprinkle a little more flour on its surface.
Cover the bread with a soft cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place for another 20 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to make diagonal incisions about 3 cm deep.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with a fan for about 40 minutes.
If your oven does not have a fan function, bake the bread at 190-200 degrees.
After removing the bread from the oven, cover with a towel and let it rest for about 15 minutes before breaking it.
Serve the bread with butter, spiced salt and your favorite appetizers.
