It does taste great, just melt in your mouth. Gone in seconds!

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a bowl, break the eggs, crush the white cheese and grate the yellow cheese.
Add the yoghurt and mix well.
Take the crusts out onto the worktop and spread them out.
Take one crust.
Lightly spread with the oil.
Fold the crust into a triangle.
Again, lightly spread it with oil.
Rotate the triangle so that its right angle is up. Place a little of the stuffing in the middle, spreading it carefully.
Fold the side two corners toward the center as shown in the photo.
Roll in a slightly tight roll. Put each twisted roll in the baking pan.
If you have some stuffing left, add 2-3 tbsp. of water in the bowl and dilute the mixture.
Brush carefully the prepared börek rolls with the mixture.
Cut the butter into small cubes and arrange them on the börek rolls.
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at about 190 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
