Good Monday morning with this Yoghurt CAKE. I don’t know exactly which ingredient is due to, or a combination of such, but it really is the most delicious cake I’ve ever made. At home it disappeared extremely quickly.

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
First sift the flour with the baking powder.
Put the sugar and eggs in the bowl. Beat well with a mixer until foamy.
Add a little butter to a cup and melt it for a short time in the microwave. Then add sunflower oil to the middle of the cup. Let it cool.
Add the fat to the cake mixture, stirring constantly.
You should get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the vanilla.
Add the yoghurt.
Stir again with the mixer until smooth.
Start adding the flour.
Stir carefully with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a cake baking pan with approximate dimensions of about 30/12 cm, pre-covered with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with the crushed walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at about 190 degrees with a fan for about 30 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer.
After taking the cake from the oven, let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Then remove the parchment paper and leave it on a wire rack to cool completely.
Once completely cooled, cut the cake. Trust me, it will finish very quickly. 🙂
